In an event today at the Mobile World Congress, Nokia has unveiled a series of Android powered smartphones Nokia 3, 5, and 6. Before ending the event, they launched the much expected Nokia 3310 for the masses.
The phone took the iconic block design of the old Nokia 3310 and re-imagined it for the new generation. The phone looks sleek, vibrant and reassures us with the quality of Nokia.
The phone will have a 2.4 inch polarized screen, which makes it vibrant and readable even in bright sunlight. The device is packed with 1200 mAh battery, which according to Nokia will give 22 hours of talktime and about a month of standby time.
The device has a 2 MP camera accompanied by an LED flash and runs on the Nokia Series 30+ operating system.
There are options for memory card (upto 32 GB) but the internal memory is capped to a very low value of 16 MB (you heard it right!)
You can’t expect the phone to run WhatsApp or any other application that you got used to in the past couple of years.
Nokia 3310 is a basic feature phone packed the same durability and quality that was an integral part of Nokia phones all along.
The price of the device would be 49 Euros (Rs.3448 approximately)
The device will be made available globally during Q2 2017.
