Zoho (2015-2017)
Roles: Technical Writer and Product Evangelist
Worked on the newspaper and Radio ads for the launch of the Zoho Books GST edition.
Trained a 50-member support team on taxes before the launch of our 1800 helpline preceding the GST India edition launch.
Was invited as the chief guest and the Panel speaker for the conference on "Exports post GST" organized by Assocham India in New Delhi.
Spoke at various other organization like Accounting general of India, Assocham events, The Economic Times Summit, etc. about the importance of cloud-based accounting.
