My second zero to one journey. Fyno is on a mission to revolutionize the CCM space and I work with an amazing bunch of people to make sure they’re seen for the true value they offer. I do pretty much everything under the marketing umbrella - designing collaterals, writing emails, doing copywriting, managing events - you name it. It’s intense, chaotic, but it’s a ton of learning. I’m enjoying it so far.

As a first marketer, my mission is to help the lending and underwriting community become aware of the benefits of AI in streamlining the loan underwriting process.

I was the first and the only product marketer in the company. Built 95% of all the sales and product marketing collaterals from scratch. Set up the feature release framework for Level AI. Took care of Digital marketing, SEO, and website management until the growth lead was hired.

Heading a three-member team that takes care of feature launches. Strategized the launch of several flagship features including Workflow Automator, Microsoft Team integration, Conversational interface, and Alert management.

Managed a team of six writers and oversaw the technical documentation processes of the entire Zoho Finance Suite. Built the technical documentation for Zoho Expense and Zoho GST from scratch. Was also the Product Evangelist for Zoho Books for over a year.
